Think bigger.
Work smarter.
Create positive change.

Our training programmes and resources are rooted in the principles of systems thinking.

They are carefully designed to help you expand your thinking and elevate your ability to create, connect, and lead.

What is systems intelligence?

Systems intelligence is the ability to understand the world around you through a systemic lens, and to take intelligent action.

This means being aware of the big picture, noticing how things are related, and understanding the patterns of those interactions.

It also means being aware that your actions can influence those interactions and lead to unintended consequences.

Systems intelligence is rooted in the principles of systems thinking, but has less focus on methodologies. It has more to do with everyday habits and actions.

It is an innate capability, a way of thinking, a way of working. You can view it as fundamentals of systems thinking in the water, in the air, every day and everywhere!

Systems Thinking: Mindset BeforeToolset

This mini-course is a primer into systems thinking. It is a walk in a systems thinker’s shoes, an exercise to help you shift your perspective so that when you approach a complex situation, you approach it with the right mindset. So that you ask the right questions, and spot new opportunities.

You will find stories, case studies and simple exercises that you can immediately use in your daily work or life.

Bridging silos: a systems thinking approach

Silos exist for good reasons: they help consolidate expertise and foster accountability. However, they can also create barriers to collaboration among teams and organisations.

In this workshop, we use classical systems stories - or archetypes- to develop a common understanding of the dynamics at play in a project or situation, and build strategies for collective impact.

It is best suited for multi-disciplinary teams or collaborations between different functions or different organisations.

The specifics of the workshop will be tailored to your particular setting. Please get in touch to discuss.
